Equina Calendar Subscriptions with Google

Desktop Computer:
You can create a calendar subscription for your google or apple or outlook calendar. In your home dashboard, click on the menu icon above the calendar and click "My iCal Subscription" or "Site iCal Subscription".
If you want to subscribe to only your shifts, select "My iCal Subscription". If you want to subscribe to your entire site / department / group shift schedule, select "Site iCal Subscription".
In the pop-up, follow the instructions to create your subscription link and add it to your outlook, google or apple calendar. If you are having any issues generating your subscription link (i.e. link doesn't generate), please contact Equina Support.
Smartphone Device:
You can create a calendar subscription for your google or apple or outlook calendar also on your smartphone. In the Equina app, click on the "Head or Person" icon to load up your account settings. Then click on "Calendar Subscription" to generate a new ics subscription link. When the link has been created, click on the link to copy it to your smartphone's memory.
Now that you have your Equina calendar ICS / subscription link, the next step is to import it into your google calendar. Follow these steps:
Go to calendar.google.com
Log into your account
On the left side, go to "Other Calendars" and click on the dropdown
Choose "Add by URL"
Enter / Paste the Equina ICS link as the URL
Check the "Make the calendar publicly accessible" option
Click on "Add Calendar" and wait for Google to import your events (it could take up to 15 minutes for google to update). Note, Equina makes any future updates to your schedule instantaneously, but Google may take up to 24 hours for it to sync up.
