A default Hospital called "<Your Department Name> Hospital" is created when you sign up for the Frontline Plan. You can edit this name under Account > Settings > Client Account > Hospitals.
Hospitals is simply a cosmetic field to keep your environment organized when switching between different Scheduling Sites. This is helpful when your organization is large with multiple medical centers and departments, all using Equina for scheduling.
You can add as many "Hospitals" as you want.
Throughout the app, you will see this dropdown at the top that allows you to move between Scheduling Sites (if your plan permits having multiple scheduling sites)
Clicking the above Site Dropdown will show all the sites GROUPED BY "Hospital" and "Specialty" assigned to each Site
