Inviting Users

As a scheduler, do not invite users until you have created employees (and linked them to the respective user accounts) and spots.

To invite users, first head over to Account > Sites. Then for the Site you are interested in, click Send Invite Link to invite all employees (and hence linked users) for that site.

If you would like to invite users individually, then go to Account > Users, and under each user's section and click on Send user a password reset link OR you can Create a temporary password for them and share it with them directly. For security reasons, this password will NOT be saved anywhere and so please copy it before closing the browser window. Please note that creating a temporary password for a user will wipe out prior passwords they may have set.
