# Printing Site Calendar

You can print a site calendar to PDF. In your home dashboard, click on the three dots icon above the calendar and click either "Site Schedule (PDF)" or "Site Schedule Week (PDF).   &#x20;

You will now be in the Reports page, click on either "Week Schedule" for a site schedule by week or "Month Schedule" for a site schedule by an entire month. &#x20;

Filter on the group or shift that you want to see.  Alternatively, keep the filters empty and the entire schedule will be displayed.  Once you are satisfied with the schedule view, click on "Download PDF" to obtain a PDF copy of the schedule.

Some departmental schedules contain a significant amount of shifts that will not fit in a one month view, for a one page PDF.  If this is your situation, use "Week Schedule" to PDF your schedule.  Week Schedule will create a one week view per page on multiple pages, so that you can download to PDF your site schedule.  See the screenshot below for the Week Schedule view:
